This was an intense moment and Carissa could MAYBE give you an idea, but the little I know is that the contractions are like serious muscle cramps on your whole stomach AND you feel general pain and discomfort throughout your whole body. This was right before the Epidural so the contractions were strong and the mood was INTENSE. I wanted to get a pic of the Epidural but this was the best I could do before passing out on the floor. Carissa did great and so did the nurse and doctor staff. Our nurse (Abbey) had to support Carissa in my absence as I was recovering on the floor. All the doctors loved me though...atleast they loved to make jokes about me.

Epidural
